How to find what you’re looking for ?
There are two main ways:
1) Use the Search Box on the lower left-hand side of the page. Just type in a keyword.
2) Browse the Category List of products. Drill down to find your items.

How to buy
To purchase the items you are interested in simply enter the amount you want to order in the small box under the item and press the ‘add to cart’ button. The item will thern appear in your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping simply press the ‘check out’ button and follow the prompts. Please also note you order minimum must be $50 xGST

Payment options
We accept American Express, Bankcard, Mastercard & Visa Credit Cards.

Once I’ve ordered something, can it be changed ?
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, please call us ASAP on +61 2 9741 4999. If we haven’t already processed the payment then we can change or cancel the order. If we have processed the payment, then you are welcome to choose something else of identical or lesser value (any price difference will earn a credit toward your next order). We will not provide a refund.

All deliveries within Australia are made with regard to your location and delivery options available for that location.

Delivery costs
Delivery Costs are subject to your location and method of transport available.

Dispatch times
Dispatch times are subject to stock availability we have a standard dispatch time of 2 working days. If you have any issues with your order please contact us at sales@koch.com.au or phone us on (02) 9741 4999. If at the time of processing your requested item isn’t in stock you will not be charged for that item until it is available for you.

Delivery times
For Parcel Post delivery within Australia, please allow up to 3 working days from dispatch on the Eastern Seaboard and up to 5 working days for Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia.

When viewing an item on the website, you are viewing the stock quantity of the item which is correct as of the end of the previous days trading.

5. Setting up an Account

How to set up an Account ?

When you hit the signup button you will be asked if you are a new or existing koch customer.

You will be asked to fill out an online form, no credit card details are required to signup. The only time this website will ask for credit card details is when you are ready to make a purchase.

Password Details
When you set up an account, you must create a password that is at least 6 digits. This can be changed at any time.

Account details
You may log in at any time to make changes to your account details.

Logging In/Logging Out
To login to your H&E Koch Account you may do so on the home page or on any other page of the website by simply entering your email address and password. The login section is located on the right hand side of the website or alternatively on the homepage.
