General

The Koch & Co. website is owned and operated by H.E. Koch & Co. (Australian Business Number: 48 074 710 768). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to become a member you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. H.E. Koch & Co. may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

Stock Pricing

Retail Pricing – All items listed on our catalogue are shown with retail pricing excluding GST Trade Pricing – To view trade prices you must have a current and valid ABN and register as a Trade customer with H.E. Koch & Co.
Your login details will then allow you access to the catalogue with Trade pricing excluding GST.

New Accounts

Retail Accounts – Retail accounts will be active as soon as online registration has been completed. Trade Accounts – Trade accounts created online will be activated once the ABN is verified. Standard turn around time for this is 24 hours.

Minimum Order Value

Minimum order value is $50 (ex GST) for trade ABN accounts (please note there is no minimum at our Cash and Carry outlets)

There is no minimum order value for a retail pricing account (non ABN holder)

Free Freight Conditions

We are proud to offer Free Freight* from our warehouse in Sydney. When you spend over $395 (ex GST) you will automatically receive a discounted freight rate for the eligible items in your cart. Freight will be charged for excluded items. Excluded items are marked and include Foam by the carton & baskets with handles.

Freight will apply at the standard freight rates for excluded items. The balance of your order will receive free or discounted freight depending on your delivery area.

Credits & Returns

We are unable to refund purchases for change of mind or orders placed over the web. Please select your items carefully as returns will occur a 20% restocking fee and goods must be returned at buyers expense. Damaged goods will be credited provided notification is given directly to head office within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Accounts must be trading within agreed terms to be eligible for any free freight promotions, which may run from time to time. All your account details are available when logging on to the Koch Website with your username and password.

Pickup Orders

Payments for pickups do not differ from any other part of the business. For account trading customers your account must be trading within the agreed trading term limits before your order is released for processing. Payment must be received before an order is released for processing. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment on pick up.

All pickups have a minimum 24-48 hour turnaround time. Peak season orders may experience longer delivery times so you are advised to place orders in advance and you must wait to be advised that your order is complete before you attempt pickup.

Our preferred method of notification is via email. Please ensure a valid email is registered in your details.

All Pickups are to be collected from the warehouse via the dispatch dock & not at the cash and carry front counter. You must present your email notification receipt when you arrive at the warehouse.

Cancellations

Any order which has not been collected within 7 days of invoice will be returned to the shelves and you will be automatically charged a 20% restocking fee. This will also apply for order cancellations where the goods have already been picked and packed.

Damaged Goods Policy

All damaged goods should be reported by either email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of goods to enable the issuing of a credit. Should this not be the case we will not accept liability for damaged goods.

Promotional Material

Once you have become a Koch online customer, this entitles you to receive exclusive promotion offers & other communication from time to time. If you do not wish to receive updates about our website please inform us by using our contact form or by calling us on 1300 555 624

Koch & Co Images

We always want to support our customers and if you would like to use our images on your website, please submit a request through the contact form.

By using our images, you agree that:

1) You are either a customer of Koch, purchasing and using Koch products, or a Relay Network wishing to provide your members with variety.

2) We ask that if using on a website, you include a link back to www.koch.com.au somewhere on your site.

3) All photos remain the property of Koch & Co Pty Ltd and we reserve the rights to request our images be removed from your website or promotional material at any time without prior notice. To this end, by using our images, you agree to immediately remove our images, logos, designs, trademarks and any other Intellectual Property or material created and owned by Koch & Co Pty Ltd, from your website and any other material upon request.
