GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Koch & Co. website is owned and operated by H.E. Koch & Co. (Australian Business Number: 48 074 710 768). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to become a member you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. H.E. Koch & Co. may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.
 
STOCK PRICING
Retail Pricing – All items listed on our catalogue are shown with retail pricing excluding GST
Trade Pricing – To view trade prices you must have a current and valid ABN and register as a Trade customer with H.E. Koch & Co. Your login details will then allow you access to the catalogue with Trade pricing excluding GST.
 
FREIGHT CONDITIONS

At Koch we do not look to profit from our freight and dispatch services. We have negotiated the best possible freight rates with reputable and reliable freight companies such as Direct Freight Express.

The freight cost will vary depending on where you are located. In many instances, we aim to reward loyal and volume buyers with discounted freight deals.

Minimum Order Value
Min Orders value is $50 (ex GST) (please note there is no minimum at our Cash and Carry outlets)

Handling Fee
Orders LESS THAN $100 (ex GST) are subject to a $19.90 per order handling fee.

Internet Orders
Orders over $350 (ex GST) will be delivered FREE* of freight charges. (Conditions apply)

FREE FREIGHT CONDITIONS FOR INTERNET ORDERS OVER $350 (EX GST)

*Free fright will NOT apply in the following circumstances.

If your order includes floral foam in cartons and / or baskets with handles, freight will apply at standard freight rates for those cartons.

The balance of your order will receive free or discounted freight depending on your delivery area. See below.

Freight Charges by area

NSW: All areas of NSW will be delivered free of freight charges.
VIC: All areas of VIC will be delivered free of freight charges.
QLD: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba and the Sunshine Coast will be delivered free of freight charges. ALL other areas of QLD will be delivered at a 50% discount of standard freight rates.
SA, WA, NT & TAS: Freight will be delivered at a 50% discount of standard freight charges.

International Shipping
At this time we do not ship orders internationally.

CREDITS AND RETURNS
Please SELECT your items carefully as returns will occur a 20% restocking fee and goods must be returned at buyers expense. Damaged goods will be credited provided notification is given directly to head office within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Accounts must be trading within agreed terms to be eligible for any free freight promotions, which may run from time to time. All your account details are available when logging on to the Koch Website with your username and password.
 
NEW ACCOUNTS
Retail Accounts – Retail accounts will be active as soon as online registration has been completed.
Trade Accounts – Trade accounts created online will be activated once the ABN is verified. Standard turn around time for this is 24 hours.
 
FREIGHT INSURANCE
H.E. Koch & Co. does not place insurance on delivered goods, insurance should be organized and paid by the purchaser.
 
DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
All damaged goods should be reported by either email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of goods to enable the issuing of a credit. Should this not be the case we will not accept liability for damaged goods.
 
PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
Once you have become a Koch online customer, this entitles you to receive exclusive promotion offers & other communication from time to time. If you do not wish to receive updates about our website please inform us by email (info@koch.com.au) or by phone (9741-4999)
 
ORDER PICK UP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment

Payments for pickups do not differ from any other part of the business.
  • On account trading customers:  Your account must be trading within the agreed trading term limits before your order is released for processing.
  • Payment before delivery accounts:  Payment must be received before an order is released for processing.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment on pick up.

Collection

  • All pickups have a minimum 24-48 hour turnaround time. Peak season orders may experience longer delivery times so you are advised to place orders in advance.
  • You MUST wait to be advised that your order is complete before you attempt pickup. Our preferred method of notification is a valid email address. If you do not have one, our customer service department will contact you.
  • All Pickups are to be collected from the warehouse via the dispatch dock.

  • No Order pickups are available through the cash and carry outlet.
  • You must present your email notification receipt when you arrive at the warehouse.

Cancellations

  • Any order which has not been collected within 7 days of invoice will be returned to the shelves and you will be automatically charged a 20% restocking fee. This will also apply for order cancellations where the goods have already been picked and packed.
