Floral Wool Floral Design Medium Brick Foam is a natural agra wool floral foam and is a great environmentally friendly alternative to regular floral (phenol-formaldehyde) foam. These bricks have a large water retention power and are easy to cut. This Floral Wool can be used for securing both fresh & artificial flowers in any floral arrangement. Floral Wool Design Media and FibreFloral™ have many similar properties.
These bricks have a safe disposal as general waste, once degraded the product becomes rock dust. These bricks are pH balanced, and as such, safe for use with fresh-cut flowers. These bricks are made from a benign material that is non-toxic and made from basalt mineral rock fibres.
Each foam brick measures 20cm long, 12cm wide and 8.5cm high. This product is available in a carton of 20 bricks. Both the brown kraft box and film wrap of each brick are biodegradable.
Soaking instructions: � Submerge Floral Wool in water for 20 seconds. � Gently squeeze Floral Wool whilst in water to release any air bubbles. � Once air bubbles have been released, remove brick from water. � Let the excess water drain from the brick until it stops dripping. � Your Floral Wool is now soaked and ready to use.
Instructions for use: for best result, insert flowers on layered sides. For soft stems, make a hole in the foam with a skewer.
