Our Warranty
All Koch & Co cutting tools are covered by the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your cutting tool is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will assess the item and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
- Faulty materials
- Defects in workmanship

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use

Caring For Your Cutting Tools
Proper maintenance will help maximise the life and performance of your cutting tools. We recommend:
