Mother's Day Mega Hamper Prize Pack Giveaway Terms

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Koch & Co Pty Ltd (“Promoter”) of [insert business address], NSW, Australia.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • The promotion is open nationally; however, it is conducted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • Entrants must have a public Instagram profile at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion commences on 20th April, 2026 and closes at 11:59PM AEST Sunday 3rd May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Entries received after this time will be deemed invalid.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotional Period:

  1. Comment on the promotional Instagram post with their answer to the prompt stated in the post
  2. Tag three (3) friends in the same comment
  3. Follow @kochandco_au on Instagram
  4. Maintain a public Instagram profile at the time of entry and draw

Each valid comment that satisfies the above requirements constitutes one (1) entry.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided:

  • Each entry is submitted in a separate comment; and
  • Each entry tags three different Instagram accounts.

Entries that are incomplete, offensive, misleading, or otherwise non-compliant will be deemed invalid.

5. Nature of Promotion

This is a game of chance.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

6. Prize

The winner will receive the prize pack depicted in the promotional post.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Draw & Winner Notification

  • The draw will take place at the Promoter’s premises in NSW on Monday 4th May 2026.
  • The winner will be selected at random.
  • The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the draw.
  • The winner’s Instagram handle may be published on the Promoter’s Instagram account.

The winner must respond within two (2) business days of notification to claim their prize.

If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Delivery

The prize will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner.

The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay in delivery.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or prize.
