1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Koch & Co Pty Ltd ("Promoter") of 58 Huntingwood Drive, Huntingwood NSW 2148, Australia.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering this promotion, participants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must have a public Instagram profile at the time of entry, winner selection, and prize fulfilment.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00AM AEST on Tuesday 23 June 2026 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on Sunday 5 July 2026 ("Promotional Period").
Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotional Period:
• Comment on the promotional Instagram post with their answer to the prompt stated in the post;
• Tag three (3) friends in the same comment;
• Follow @kochandco_au on Instagram; and
• Maintain a public Instagram profile until the winner has been drawn and announced.
Each valid comment submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions constitutes one (1) entry.
Multiple entries are permitted provided that:
• Each entry is submitted as a separate comment; and
• Each entry tags three (3) different Instagram accounts.
Entries that are incomplete, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's sole discretion.
5. Prize Draw
This promotion is a game of chance.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
The draw will take place at the Promoter's premises on Monday 6 July 2026.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the prize pack featured in the promotional post.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
If any item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that item with another item of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.
The winner's Instagram handle may be published on the Promoter's Instagram account, website, email communications, or other marketing channels.
The winner must respond within two (2) business days of being contacted and provide any information reasonably required for prize fulfilment.
If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
8. Winner Content Requirement
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to create and publish at least one (1) Instagram Reel featuring the unboxing, assembly, styling, or use of the prize pack within thirty (30) days of receiving the prize.
The Reel must:
• Be published from a public Instagram account;
• Tag @kochandco_au; and
• Remain publicly visible for a minimum of thirty (30) days after publication.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, share, publish, reproduce, and otherwise use the Reel and any related content across the Promoter's website, social media channels, email marketing, advertising, and other promotional materials without further compensation.
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to another eligible entrant.
9. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner.
The Promoter will arrange delivery at its expense.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or delay occurring after the prize has been dispatched.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting winners, delivering prizes, and conducting related promotional activities.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
