Your charger plate may have a barcode sticker attached. For easy removal, we recommend using WD-40. Spray it directly onto the sticker and leave it for 30-60 seconds. Gently wipe away the sticker using a microfibre cloth or facial tissue to help avoid scratching the surface. Once removed, wash the charger plate with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to air dry before use.
