Strass floral foam wreath rings are 5cm of thick wet floral foam shaped as a wreath ring bonded to strong plastic moulded frame. The plastic base has anti-slip rubber feet and a small plastic lip to support foliage and decorative ribbon. The wreaths are sold separately and two rings are shrink wrapped together for better transport. They are the same as Oasis Naylor Base Article number: 3097, Size External 42.5cm and Internal 30cm.
