This Vanilla Cafe scented Premium Soy Wax Microwave Kit provides a convenient way to reuse candle containers or make DIY candles at home. Use this kit for a more sustainable, hands-on way to refresh candles at home, create DIY gifts, or give the kit itself as a DIY craft present.
This kit includes everything you need to refill or fill a candle container, including wicks, a wick holder, and double-sided adhesive dots to secure the base of your wick. The kit contains 450ml of candle wax. Each kit is sold individually.
Steps for Preparation: Use a clean, dry container. Secure the wick in the centre of the container (max. 7-8cm diameter) using the provided adhesive dot. If using multiple wicks: Maintain 3-4cm between wicks. Ensure at least 4cm clearance from each wick to the container wall. Improper placement may cause excessive heat build-up or container damage.
Melting: Break the cap seal of the plastic bag and re-tighten the cap. Stand the pouch upright in the microwave. Microwave for 2 minutes at 1000W (adjust time if needed). Continue heating in 10-15 second intervals until wax is fully melted. CAUTION: Pouch and wax will be extremely hot. Handle with heat-resistant gloves.
Pouring: Gently massage the pouch to ensure the wax is evenly melted. Remove the spout cap. Pour wax slowly into the prepared container, leaving 1cm space from the top or from the top of the wick, whichever is lower. Let the wax cool and fully set before lighting the candle.
Finishing: Trim the wick to 6mm before lighting. Light and enjoy your handmade candle.
