"I am so happy with the candles! I bought 2 boxes for a total of 6 to display near a loved ones urn at home. I turned them on and the ease of just taking the bottom off to put in batteries was so appreciated. I hate the screwed in lids! They flickered to naturally and beautifully in the night. Unfortunately I had to ask for a replacement as one of the candles were flickering more than the others, I sent a video of this, and they asked if I wanted a refund or to send a replacement. They sent me a box of new ones, no issues or concerns. And it arrived within 2 days! The candles were already so high quality, and the customer service even more so. I will be raving about this to friends who love the ambience of candles but don’t want the risk of the flame!"
