This 9" "Happy Valentine's Day" foil balloon is a heart-shaped chrome red and silver foil balloon featuring a central silver heart and a smattering of small silver hearts.
Designed for air inflation only, this balloon is not designed to float. Sold individually.
Please note: The balloon can be inflated by using a balloon pump or balloon straw. These balloons are NOT self-sealing and require to be tied or heat sealed using a professional Heat Sealer (SKU: 21005) set to temperature 3. If tying the balloon to seal it, the balloon must be tied before it is attached to a balloon cup & stick (SKU: 2253282), or it will deflate.
