General

The Koch & Co. website is owned and operated by H.E. Koch & Co. (Australian Business Number: 48 074 710 768). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to become a member you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. H.E. Koch & Co. may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

Business Accounts

To qualify for a business account you must have an ABN and your business must be in a related industry.
A business account comes with the following benefits.

- Online order history management.
- Eligibility to apply for a Koch credit account.
- Be part of special business account only offers and loyalty programs.
- Invitation to Koch industry events.
- Keep a history of your transactions, with your business details on all your invoices.

Minimum Order Value

Minimum online order value is $50 (ex GST) (please note there is no minimum at our Cash and Carry outlets)

Pickup Orders

Payments for pickups do not differ from any other part of the business. For account trading customers your account must be trading within the agreed trading term limits before your order is released for processing. Payment must be received before an order is released for processing. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment on pick up.

All pickups have a minimum 24-48 hour turnaround time. Peak season orders may experience longer delivery times so you are advised to place orders in advance and you must wait to be advised that your order is complete before you attempt pickup.

All pickups are to be collected from our Sydney Distribution Centre via the dispatch dock. You must present your email notification receipt when you arrive at the warehouse.

Pickup of orders is available at the following times:

Cancellations

Any order which has not been collected within 7 days of invoice will be returned to the shelves and you will be automatically charged a 20% restocking fee. This will also apply for order cancellations where the goods have already been picked and packed.

Damaged Goods Policy

All damaged goods should be reported by either email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of goods to enable the issuing of a credit. Should this not be the case we will not accept liability for damaged goods.

Promotional Material

Once you have become a Koch online customer, this entitles you to receive exclusive promotion offers and other communication from time to time, including from our subsidiaries and affiliates. If you do not wish to receive updates about our website, our subsidiaries and affiliates, please inform us by using our contact form or by calling us on 1300 555 624

Koch & Co Images

We always want to support our customers and if you would like to use our images on your website, please submit a request through the contact form.

By using our images, you agree that:

1. You are either a trade customer of Koch, purchasing and using Koch products regularly, or a Relay Network wishing to provide your members with variety
2. You are purchasing and holding the stock for resale. Unfortunately, we do not offer drop shipping at this time and the use of our pictures by drop shipping companies is not allowed
3. We ask that if using our pictures in magazines or on informative websites, you credit us (example: by stating “Photo: Koch & Co”)
4. You will need to specify the photos you wish to use and where they will be used (domain name).
5. All photos remain the property of Koch & Co Pty Ltd and we reserve the rights to request our images be removed from your website or promotional material at any time without prior notice. To this end, by using our images, you agree to immediately remove our images, logos, designs, trademarks and any other Intellectual Property or material created and owned by Koch & Co Pty Ltd, from your website and any other material upon request.
