At Koch & Co, we aim to provide on time accurate delivery of your orders.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, including returns, please call our customer care number on 1300 555 624.

2. Do I need an account to shop online?
No you don't! If you want to order online or to purchase from Koch & Co at our everyday low wholesale prices, you can do so straight away. If you wish to create an account with us you can register here. Once created, you'll be able to use your account in our cash & carry store, over the phone and online.

If you are opening an ABN account, you will need to provide your current ABN number to be able to purchase.

If you do not have an ABN you can shop online immediately.

3. Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within Australia at this time.

As an alternative, if you have a broker or courier company that will handle the pick up, shipping and customs clearance, we can work with them so that suitable arrangements can be made.

4. Do you offer printed catalogues?

All of our current catalogues are available as a digital copy which you can access right now.

Some of our catalogues are also printed. If you would like to receive a printed catalogue you will need to hold an active trade account with us. We can send you a printed copy of our current catalogue at no charge when you place your next order online. Simply include a request for the catalogue in the special instructions at checkout.

If you do not wish to place an order at this time, we can still send a printed copy to you although there will be a postage fee of $10.00. If you would like to go ahead with the request, please complete the contact us form below.

5. Do you sponsor events or charities?
As we support many charities and fund raising events, sponsorship opportunities may be limited.

For us to process your request, please set up a Trade Account with Koch & Co. To do this you will need an active ABN.

Once set up please complete the form below and we will contact you as soon as possible.

6. I'd like to use your images on my website
We're always happy to support our customers. If you would like to use our images on your website, please submit a request via the contact form below. You will need to provide us with your Koch account number along with a list of products that you require images for.

Before using our images you will need to agree to the terms and conditions as regular checks are carried out.
